Ian Bone is an Australian army veteran and a mixed martial arts veteran of 21 fights. Ian has also fought boxing, Thai boxing and Jiu jitsu. A student of Australian Branch Chief Paul Cale, he graded to 2nd Dan in International Kyokushin Budokaikan and holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
He has fought the national Russian Kudo champion and the former Japanese national Kudo champion. Ian was also one of the first Australians to compete in the world championships making it through to the quarter finals.
Ian graded to Shodan (1st Dan) in Japan, under the watchful eye of Jukucho Azuma Takashi in 2014.
